Presenters with oral presentation

Time slot for your presentation:
The actual timeslot for your presentation can be found in the updated programme on the webpage www.wtc2022.dk and in the WTC 2022 App.

Please use the WTC2022 template in pptx: Presentation_Template_WTC2022-V3.pptx

Speakers Introduction Session
On the day of your oral presentation there will be a Speaker’s Introduction Session from 8.00-8.30. This will take place in the Speaker’s Room.
At the introduction you will meet the session chair of your technical session, the other speakers and you will be given the final practical details regarding your presentation.

Each speaker will have a 20 minutes time slot, which covers both the oral presentation as well as questions from the audience. You should therefore limit your presentation time to 15 minutes.

We will also require you to submit your final slides/power point presentation to the technical staff in the Speaker’s Room located in room C1M5 on the ground floor.

Here two technicians will be available and ensure that the presentation is made available on the PC located in the room of the relevant technical session.

The Speaker’s Room opening hours are 7.30-11.00. This means that presenters arriving later than 8.30 on the day of their presentation will have an opportunity to get assistance from the technicians until 11.00.

Speaker’s Introduction will only be from 8.00-8.30.

Presenters with Poster presentation:

Posters will be presented as e-posters and not printed posters.
The poster has to be uploaded as a on-page pdf in portrait format no later than 1st September.

You have been allocated a specific time slot in the programme to present your poster. This can be found here: https://wtc2022.dk/scientific-programme

The poster will be presented on one of our 10 e-Poster stations, which are located at hall C1.

You are free to use time allocated in the programme as you see fit but the time allocation includes both the presentation and any Q&A with the spectators.
The next poster presentation begins right after your time slot is up.

If you are participating digitally, your poster will not be scheduled for presentation at the conference. However you should still upload your poster for the eposter stands at the conference, so other delegates can see your work.

You paper will also still be published in the proceedings.
